Fresh interpretations of traditional Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine by Marc Gascons

Following the huge success of his family-run establishment in Girona, our Michelin-Starred Chef Marc Gascons has created a menu that has been described as fresh, young and informal, but very much Catalan and Mediterranean in style.

Our restaurant has a team of twenty people and delivers a seasonal menu designed for sharing, consisting of locally sourced produce from the land and sea. Among the dishes designed by Gascons are: honeyed potato gnocchi with butter sauce and black winter truffles; charcoal grilled turbot with roasted leeks; and grilled goatling back with herbal oil. To complement these, we keep an impressive selection of wines ranging from local Catalan vintages to fine examples from Spain, France and Germany.
